Shipping & Returns
We ship by USPS Priority Mail for orders under or around a pound. Priority mail is inexpensive, quick and allows for tracking of the package. Multiple orders may ship Priority Mail or Parcel Post, depending on weight.
Delivery of Goods
Once an order is placed, the items are shipped within five (5) business days (Monday through Friday) following payment approval of the order. If any order is placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a Friday, the order will be processed the following Monday/next business day. Volume orders may take longer to ship. Should we expect delays, we will notify you immediately.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a refund. Please call 1-888-758-COOL (2665) Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time to obtain your return authorization number prior to returning the item. Orders will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
We ask that you return the merchandise in new condition, in original boxes with your receipt. Shipping is refunded only if the merchandise was received damaged.

Warranty Policy
All warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer. The manufacturer guarantees this product and its component parts to be free of defects on materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Damage caused by accident, negligence or abuse is specifically excluded from this warranty. Please refer to Care and Use guidelines.
